Sport Manitoba
As part of a commercial mural project, we undertook the transformation of the Sport Manitoba facility. This initiative involved the creation of captivating murals featuring the dynamic and iconic sports logo of Sport Manitoba. The project encompassed the exterior painting of the facility, enhancing its visual appeal and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the sports complex.
760 and 780 RIVER ROAD
For this commercial painting project, we were painting the exterior of two complexes (48 units total) for one of our property management clients. These two buildings were two buildings of eight in total and the contract has been a multi-year contract. With proper scraping, sanding, caulking, and priming, we prepped all surfaces and painted two topcoats to help this client complete the color change.
406 NOTRE DAME AVENUE
This property management client was in need of having all their common areas painted. The hallway walls, ceilings, trim, and all the suite doors needed a refresh after years of abuse. We prepped and added two topcoats of high quality and durable paint to allow them to extend their maintenance cycles for this property.
SHAW ROAD
For this residential painting project, the client came to us looking to get the entire interior of this new build painted just north of Winnipeg. We primed the entire home and painted two coats on the ceilings. We left for a week to allow the client to install the kitchen. Upon our return, we painted out all the walls in a nice, neutral color to allow them to move in on a tight timeline.
EAST-OAK DRIVE
This residential client hires us to use concrete sealer every year on their driveway and pool deck. We applied the product and it worked well, with water beading immediately. While we were there, the client asked us to paint their play structure in the backyard for their kids and paint a section of fence so as to prevent it from rotting. All in all, a great job!
